Colleen Abdoulah
President and Chief Executive Officer

This means everyone works hard to display the courage to do the right thing, serve each other and our customers with humility, and celebrate our learnings and success with grace. We challenge ourselves each day to do our best and be our best in order to achieve the unexpected.
Colleen started with WOW! Internet-Cable-Phone in August of 2002 as President and COO. In May of 2003 Colleen was named President and CEO, a position she holds today. Under her leadership WOW! Internet-Cable-Phone has grown to be the thirteenth largest cable operator in the industry with operations in Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.
Before joining WOW! Internet-Cable-Phone, Colleen served as Executive Vice President of Wireline Services at AT&T Broadband, the cable operations arm of AT&T. In this capacity, she was responsible for the corporate and field operational activities that directly impacted customers, including marketing and commercial sales.
Prior to AT&T Broadband, Colleen was Assistant to the COO and Senior Vice President of Cable Operations for TCI Communications, Inc. (TCI), where she assisted with all corporate operating functions, and architected the overall business strategy for TCI's digital cable deployment and roll-out. While at TCI, Colleen served in a number of positions including Vice President of Marketing and New Business Development at Corporate and Vice President and General Manager of Netlink, where she oversaw the planning, financial performance and overall strategic focus for its national C-band satellite operations.
Colleen began her career as an account executive with public relations and advertising firms in Canada and Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1984, she was named Director of Marketing for TCI/Taft Cable Partners after serving as a regional marketing representative. She later was named Vice President for WestMarc Cable Group, Inc., a division of TCI.
Colleen received her undergraduate degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Mount Royal College in Calgary and her Master's in Business Administration from the University of Denver. She is a past Vice President of the Executive Board of Women in Cable and Telecommunications and is a past Chairperson for the Women in Cable Telecommunications Foundation. Additionally, Colleen serves as Chairman of the Board for the Rocky Mountain Children's Law Center, a non-profit advocacy group for abused and neglected children.

Steven Cochran
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
WOW! is made up of a team of business people who have tremendous depth of industry knowledge and operating expertise. However, it’s our desire to serve customers better and in the manner that they deserve that differentiates us from our competitors, and makes WOW! such a rewarding place to be.
Prior to joining WOW!, Steven served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Millennium Digital Media, the nation’s 19th largest cable operator. In this role, Steven was responsible for all of the company’s accounting, finance, and treasury related functions. During his tenure at Millennium, Steven also served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Vice President/Controller. Prior to Millennium, Steven was with Arthur Andersen where the majority of his time was focused on serving clients in the telecommunications industry.
Steven received his undergraduate degree in Economics and holds a Master’s of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign. Steven is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Cash Hagen
Chief Technical Officer
Like no other team I have seen before, the WOW! team understands what it takes to deliver the type of experience our customers and employees want and deserve. From bottom to top, every employee prides themselves on serving others- internally and externally, with respect and integrity. That's WOW!
Cash joined the WOW! team in January 2008 as Chief Technical Officer. Cash brings many years of diverse engineering, operational, and business development experiences in the cable and telecommunications industry. Prior to joining WOW!, Cash served in a number of leadership positions at Nortel, BigBand Networks, ADC Telecommunications, Antec, and Cox Communications.
In his role as Chief Technical Officer at WOW!, Cash is responsible for the company's overall Network Engineering and Operations, including the engineering, architecture, and integration of WOW!’s digital video, high speed data, and telephone services.
Cash received his undergraduate degree from Lindenwood University and is an active member in several cable industry organizations.

Cathy Kuo
Chief Marketing Officer

Cathy brings over 15 years of experience in consumer marketing and brand management to WOW!. Prior to joining the company, she was Vice President of Consumer Offerings for AT&T Broadband with oversight for the company's product, pricing, and branding strategies across video, voice, and data services. Cathy got her start in the cable industry in 1997 when she joined TCI as Director of Marketing and spearheaded the introduction of Digital Cable. After TCI's acquisition by AT&T, Cathy managed the brand transition effort and successfully launched the company's first cable and telephony bundle. Over the years, her branding and competitive advertising work has garnered several CTAM Mark Awards.
Cathy began her career in brand management at The Quaker Oats Company, where she worked on a variety of products ranging from Instant Quaker Oatmeal to Rice-A-Roni. She has also worked in the retail industry with Duty Free Shoppers in San Francisco and Guam, where she developed private label brand strategies before transitioning into a merchandising role. Cathy holds a degree in Business Economics from Brown University.

Janice Turner
Vice President, Human Resources

Janice joined WOW! in May 2003 as Vice President, Human Resources. She brings over 16 years of solid experience in the HR field from companies such as Time Warner Cable, Rental Service Corporation, TCI, and Xcel Energy. Throughout her career, Janice has acted as an agent of change, focusing on implementing HR best practices. At WOW!, Janice is accountable for building employee relations, strategic planning for employee development and performance management, and administration of compensation and benefits.
Janice received her undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior and Communications from Creighton University and her M.A. in Management, Organizational Behavior/Human Relations from the University of Phoenix.

Craig Martin
General Counsel
The ‘fuel’ that drives WOW! is its culture - a culture that is characterized by courage, teamwork and a singular focus on ‘delighting’ the customer. Being a part of such an organization gives meaning to the phrase ‘the whole is greater than the sum of the parts’.
As General Counsel and Secretary for WOW!, Craig is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs. Craig has provided legal services to the cable industry throughout the nation for almost twenty years. His services range from franchise relationships to local, state (public utility commission), and federal (FCC) regulatory compliance. His professional background also includes extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and securities law.
Prior to joining WOW!, Craig served for over ten years as the Chief Operating Officer of a law firm with over 100 attorneys. His responsibilities there included strategic planning, financial budgeting, reporting and analysis, marketing of legal services, recruitment of attorneys and staff, and all aspects of human resources.
Craig received his B.A. from Amherst College, where he graduated cum laude, and M.Sc. from Trinity College, Dublin, and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame, where he was an editor of the Notre Dame Law Review.

Michael Furst
Senior Vice President, Customer Care

Mike has 21 years of professional experience and leadership in the telecommunications and computer industries. During his career, he has held several senior-level positions in the areas of Customer Service and Finance. Prior to joining WOW!, Mike served as Vice President of Customer Care for High Speed Access Corporation (HSA). In this role, he was responsible for all activities relating to call center operations during a period of rapid customer growth.
Prior to HSA, Mike served as the Executive Director of Customer Care Operations at Primestar, where he led the overall customer care strategy for a customer base of two million subscribers. Before joining Primestar, he held the position of Executive Director of Customer Care at TCI where he was responsible for customer service strategy and support for several large call centers within the company.
Mike began his career in 1981 in Colorado Springs, Colorado with Digital Equipment Corporation. During his 13-year career with Digital, he served in a variety of financial management positions.
Mike received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Western State College, Gunnison, Colorado. He also holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Colorado.

Robert DiNardo
Vice President and General Manager, Evansville
An entrepreneurial spirit flows through the entire WOW! organization. Our employees take ownership in everything they do – for our customers and each other -- as if the company were their own. That’s why we’re able to deliver a great experience that lives up to our name.
As Vice President & General Manager of the Evansville Region, Robert overseas all facets of the regions operations. Robert started at WOW! in Michigan during 2001 as the Business Manager and then Director of Sales & Operations. Before entering the cable industry, Robert worked in various service related companies where his responsibilities and leadership roles in accounting and finance progressively increased.
Robert received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University in Detroit. He currently serves on the board of directors for the University of Southern Indiana’s Business School.

Mark Dineen
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Michigan

Mark Dineen is a Michigan native and is a member of the founding management team that formed the company in November, 1999. In his current role as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Michigan, Mark oversees all strategic and operational aspects of Michigan operations based in Madison Heights.
Mark brings to WOW! a diverse background of leadership experience in the cable and telecommunications industry. Over the course of his 19-year career, Mark has served in a number of operational capacities including vice president, regional system manager, general manager, corporate marketing director, regional marketing manager and regional sales manager. Prior to joining WOW!, Mark worked for Avalon Cable Television, Cable Michigan, Bresnan Communications and Harron Cable Television.
Mark attended Wayne State University.

Kelvin Fee
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Illinois
Cable, Internet, and Phone services are supposed to be fun and exciting. WOW! is bringing that excitement back to its customers and employees. We understand what it takes to give customers what they want and what they deserve.
Kelvin brings nearly twenty years of industry experience to his role as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Illinois Region, where he is accountable for all aspects of operations.
Before joining WOW!, Kelvin held the position of Senior Vice President for AT&T Broadband, with responsibility for cable, high-speed Internet, and telephony operations in Florida. His career in the cable industry began with TCI, where he served as General Manager for a number of communities before advancing to Vice President with oversight for the state of Illinois and then Regional Vice President over several Midwestern states.
Kelvin graduated with an undergraduate degree in Finance from Northwestern State University in Louisiana. He is a member of CTAM and WICT, and has served on the Board of Directors for multiple state cable associations.

Scott Neesley
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Ohio
Having worked in the telecommunications industry for over seventeen years, I have watched other service providers struggle to find the secret of providing great customer service. The WOW! Team has figured out the formula to delivering an exceptional customer experience while providing a great working environment for our employees.
Scott brings over seventeen years of industry experience to his role as Vice President and General Manager for the Ohio region. Scott has worked his way through the industry ranks, beginning his career as a Cable Technician for TCI.
Prior to joining WOW!, Scott held the position of Vice President, Field operations for cable, high-speed Internet, and telephony with Comcast and AT&T Broadband in both Chicago and Denver. Scott also served as General Manager for a number of communities with TCI in Missouri, Iowa and New York.
Scott graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

Kirk Zerkle
Vice President and System Manager, Cleveland
WOW! is a company that is driven to successfully deliver our core values with each and every customer interaction. Our team is committed to providing an experience that truly lives up to our name.
Kirk joined the WOW! Team in June, 2001 and is currently serving as the Vice President and System Manager for the Cleveland Region. He began with WOW! as the Business Manager for both the Columbus and Cleveland regions and was responsible for several due diligence activities prior to the takeover of the Americast systems from SBC.
He has over twelve years of experience in the cable industry, previously working as the Business Manager for a 220,000 subscriber system located in northern and western Michigan known as C-Tec Cable Systems and Cable Michigan. Kirk previously held positions with Travelcenters of America as the Manager of Fuel Accounting, Emro Marketing Company as a Senior Financial Analyst, and Metromedia Steakhouses LLC as a Senior Financial Analyst.
Kirk graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business from Miami University majoring in Finance.
