I have been a WOW subscriber for several years after an absolutely miserable experience with (competitor). I don't often leave customer comments, but my experiences with WOW have been uniformly outstanding and having just called moments ago, I felt compelled to compliment your company. Every customer service rep I've ever spoken to on the phone, every installer, and every supervisor I've dealt with have been incredibly polite and helpful. If only every company could maintain this level of excellent service, professionalism, and rapport with their customers. Earlier this year I was the victim of a devastating house fire. As soon as we were moved into a temporary residence, I called WOW for an install. It went smoothly, despite the hoops the poor installer had to jump through just to run the line to the house. He never got an attitude or was anything but pleasant and friendly. Now the time has come to move back to our home, so I called to have that service disconnected. Even though it was a complicated situation involving multiple accounts, addresses, a disconnection and a separate install at our original home, the operator made outstanding, clear, concise notes and I had no trouble getting the situation taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Compare that to the time spent waiting just to talk to a (competitor) employee and the difference is night and day. Thank you so much for your exemplary customer service, not to mention flawless internet service. I've experienced only one short outage in 3 years, and the company even sent a letter to all subscribers apologizing! I will continue to be a dedicated WOW subscriber for a long, long time.

Which one!! When a truck took down lines, my father was in hospital and we explained it to WOW! late in the evening and they came right out and fixed it so I could be in touch with hospital. WOW!! Or when I came home and had to do somthing on line for work and it wasn't working. I called WOW! and they fixed in in a matter of minutes.I was able to complete my work in time. Or when I some how forgot to pay my bill & hadn't checked my mail and my service was stopped (where was my mind).WOW! allowed my phone to work to call them to fix my mistake. WOW! turned my service back on before I was off the phone. Thanks for looking over us scatterbrains. I've had the competition knock on my door several times saying they have a deal, I always tell them no way I had them before and they had poor service was down alot and they always had to send someone out to fix it when they could.Then wouldn't adjust bill for all the down time. WOW! always take care of the problem right away without stress. Thanks

We recently got a condo in Westerville for our kids and are required by the association to get your competitor. Our home is WOW! service. The difference in customer service is amazing. WOW! always talks to us in person and answers the phone immediately. If we have a problem most of the time you take care of it without us even having to be home, but if we are required to be home you give us an exact time. The competition to get service set up had me on hold for 55 minutes the first time and I had to hang up and the second time it was at least 45 minutes for the first person to answer and then they put me on hold for over 15 minutes again. Overall to schedule a set up appointment I was on the phone for 1hour 22minutes and had to wait a week and a half for an appointment. Then the appointment time was 9 am to 9 pm and they required you to be there the whole time. They did not call ahead. I sat all day until 5:20 when they came to set up. He was then there for over an hour and drilled a hole in our wood floor to run a cable and missed the spot and then drilled another hole in the floor. We now have a random hole in the floor. In the first week we had to call twice because our internet would not work. They had to do something on the network to make it work. We have only had to call WOW! 3 times in two years and have never been put on hold and have always been helped immediately with somebody coming to the house the next day if we needed assistance. Over a year and half we switched over to the competition services. A sales person said we would get the same, if not better, service and cheaper. At the time we told him we were satisfied with WOW and never had any real problems. Well, we went with them for a change and with in a month we couldn't wait until our contract was up. It was more expensive, less channels we liked and crappy service. And I'm not exaggerating. We are back with WOW now and apologize for ever leaving.

WOW! My sister-in-law referred me to WOW cable. I switched because she said the prices were lower and the service was "way better." So I called and spoke to operator Strayder. He explained all of the different options for internet and cable. I made my choices and he got me set up. I think the entire call lasted 10 minutes or so. I also didn't have to wait days or weeks for installation. I got an appointment for the very next morning! So far, the customer care has impressed me.  We always hear peple say that Customer Service isn't what it used to be but Strayder was friendly, professional and very knowledgable on what your company offers, etc. Kudos for the training that you give to your employees. I have to put in my comments about tech #7479. I believe his name is Rodney? Anyhow, he was so very very helpful with my video problems, and after having me all set up, I forgot something, and he was asked to come back, and he did! Within 10 minutes he had me up and running and fully understanding, I hope. Your tech deserves a commendation, or some sort of recognition for his knowledge in his services. I thank you again for sending him to help me today, and hope in the future to have him help me again.

We use to have a competitior and their service was the pits. Conflicts all the time. Then we heard about WOW. "WOW" does not describe how we love the service. It occurs to me that you normally receive e-mails and comments when customers are unhappy. Today we had one of your technicians (John - I didn't think to ask his last name) visit our house to look into why our internet speed was slower than it should be. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also checked our phones and TV (bundled service) to ensure they were continuing to provide a quality service. My wife has commented in the past on the attention to detail your technicians exhibit when at our house and having witnessed it myself, I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know your customers take note and appreciate the quality of your staff when they visit our homes.

We had a technician come out to our new house yesterday to install our cable (and give us hd boxes). He was wonderful! Very patient and understanding! He measured where we could put our cable lines (and not damage our ceilings). He was very professional and pleasant! Wish I knew his name (he told me, but I have trouble remembering my children's names...). He made sure all the connections worked (even when I was having trouble with my computer). He also made sure I knew our new phone number!

Not to long ago I was having trouble with my wowway package. So I called your people and I and an appoint-ment was made for the next day. The nice young man came out and assessed the problem within minutes. He had to change some wires, because the critters that live around here seem to like to chew on them. This is what interupted my reception. At one time many years ago I had another provider.  They stink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Poor service,nasty people on the phone when you called in to let them know that you needed help,(which you was often.) Then I got my head on straight and joined up with WOW!. It was the best move I have ever made. I even talked three of my friends into joining. I wish you all a good day and a great year.

I wanted to write to commend one of your employees. I am a WOW customer in Glen Ellyn and have your service running on two floors of the house. My kids lost the remote downstairs and have been running up and taking ours. It's been a hassle. Late today (Friday at 5PM) I saw a WOW Field Rep (Ben) working on a box in our neighborhood. He was obviously at the end of a long, hot day and week but I asked him for help and he was incredibly courteous and went right out to his truck and got me another remote. It's service like that that makes me stay with and recommend WOW to my friends. Thanks Ben!

Yesterday, I called WOW around 6:00pm to request a replacement remote control because ours broke about a week ago. It has been horrible trying to figure out how to change the channels without the ease of my WOW remote. The customer service representative I spoke with was attentive, friendly and efficient. I couldn't believe it when I recieved a new remote today (one day later!). WOW is the best - the service, reception and ease of navigation are exceptional. Thank you WOW!

Good morning. I had WOW cable reinstalled to my new residence. I just wanted to say that our installer, Lonnie, was fantastic. Very personable and professional. He went the extra mile for us, lining the cable alongside the closet rather than just leaving it loose (as every other installer would do) and even gave me some helpful suggestions about mounting the cable box for a wall-mounted tv. Lonnie was the best installer I've even had and it made this one much more important since I had just bought my first house. We just joined WOW! in mid Jan 2009 and I can't be more pleased with your amazing service! I have never received such quick & efficient & courteous service in the over 20 years I was with your competitor. From the guy who came out, (on time!), and quickly set up my TV Phone & Internet, to the two times I have called for questions or service – you guys have been outstanding! I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to deal with such professional people who can actually supply me with a valid answer to a question, without having to send me to multiple departments! I even adjusted my service & the adjustment was completed – in that very minute! Just today, our service went out for a few minutes I called WOW! and pushed the button for Service, and the very next thing I heard, was a message that confirmed that there was a temporary service outage in our area. Sure enough, within less than 10 min – service was back. Not only am I saving money with WOW!, I’m getting the best service I have ever seen – with any service company! I wish I would have switched sooner! Please keep up the good work!
